DIOCESAN FEAST DAY - All are invited to the Mass of celebration at Notre Dame Cathedral on Wednesday, June 25, at 7:30 p.m.  Please mark your calendars and plan to attend. The World Youth Day Pilgrims will be carrying The Good Shepherd Parish banner during the procession.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - Divine Infant Parish in collaboration with The Good Shepherd Parish presents: a rainforest bible adventure that will have your children swinging into fun!  Students experience bible stories through an interactive combination of music, art, science, games, celebration and drama in a sky high adventure!  The vacation bible school is offered for students going into grades 1-5 and runs as a half-day program from 8:30 am until 12:00pm at the Divine Infant Parish.  Register early.  A limited number of spaces have been reserved for children of Good Shepherd during the week of July 7-11, 2008.  The fee is $40.00 per child.  To register for the program, please contact Donna Dunham  or Gillian Keenan
BIBLE STUDY AT GOOD SHEPHERD - You are invited to join a journey of faith and discovery as we continue an on-going series of Bible study courses. Using materials produced for the widely acclaimed Little Rock Scripture Study series, we will “break-open” sacred texts and learn how profoundly they touch our individual and community lives. To facilitate group sharing, the number of participants will be limited to twelve. Pre-registration is necessary, and the courses are usually fully booked. The participant fee is $25.00, and includes the cost of a personal copy of the scripture commentary and a study guide. For more information regarding the courses, contact Ron McRae
Happy Father’s Day
A father is neither an anchor to hold us back, Nor a sail to take us there, But a guiding light whose love shows us the way
