SHROVE TUESDAY MASS (February 24th) will be celebrated at 9:00 AM and ASH WEDNESDAY MASS (February 25th) will be celebrated at 7:00 PM only.
SHROVE TUESDAY PANCAKE SUPPER – The Knights of Columbus will be holding their annual Parish Pancake and Sausage Supper on Shrove Tuesday, February 24th from 5-7 PM in the Social Space. Tickets are $5.00 per person or $15.00 per family. Tickets can be purchased after all Masses this weekend.

ALTAR SERVERS MEETING: Father Boyd would like to have a meeting with the altar servers on Sat. Feb.28th at the church beginning at 10:30AM. The meeting will be followed by a pizza lunch.

Please consider joining us for a prayerful close to the day; It is a Lenten sacrifice of time for God, and a precious quiet moment. A LENTEN FAMILY PRAYER CARD will be available The First Sunday in Lent. When placed on the kitchen table this card is visible reminder for us as we journey through Lent. This card includes a Mealtime Prayer, a Lenten/Easter prayer and of some ideas of Lenten symbols which can be used to enhance our Lenten experience.
This Lenten Family Prayer Card is provided by the Good Shepherd Catholic Women’s League. Members of the CWL will hand out the Prayer Cards after each mass.

COLLECTION FOR DIOCESAN AND MISSIONARY WORKS: A reminder that the next scheduled special collection is for Diocesan and Missionary Works and will take place the weekend of February 28 - March 1, the First Sunday of Lent. This collection enables the Archdiocese of Ottawa to respond to requests for assistance from Canadian and foreign dioceses, as well as from various groups such as: Campaign Life, National March for Life, Serena Ottawa, Catholic Health Association, Christian Council of the Capital Area, Shepherds of Good Hope, Legion of Mary Handicap Pilgrimage, Caldwell Family Centre, Development & Peace, St. Patrick’s Home, Catholic Christian Outreach and NET Ministries. Last year parishioners donated a little over $70,000 to the collection. Thank you for your generosity to these ministries in our Archdiocese.
40 DAYS OF LIFE is a time period of prayer and fasting to end abortion.
